Membership in a fraternity at the University of Southern Indiana brings with it wonderful opportunities and responsibility. Before you choose to join a fraternity, the University wants you to know that we do not tolerate any form of hazing by any organization.
We also expect our fraternity members to maintain high academic standards. Therefore, as you fill out this form, you will be asked to understand our expectations as it pertains to hazing and academic standards.
This form is to gain approval to join the recruitment process for the following groups:
- Kappa Alpha Order
- Lambda Chi Alpha
- Sigma Pi
- Tau Kappa Epsilon
- Phi Delta Theta
